Is it normal for the Blender motor to heat up seriously after use?
Slight heating is a normal phenomenon. When the motor is running, electrical energy is converted into mechanical energy, which will generate a certain amount of heat. Especially after high-speed operation or long-term use, slight heating of the body is not a concern. However, if there are situations such as being too hot to touch, peculiar smell (such as burning smell), or automatic shutdown, it is abnormal, which may be due to excessive load, poor heat dissipation or motor failure. Turn off the power immediately and check the fault before use.
How to troubleshoot when the High-speed Blender motor stops working suddenly?
Prioritize checking three key points: ① Power contact problem: check if the plug and socket are loose, and if the power cord is damaged; ② Motor overheating protection: prolonged high-speed operation will trigger overheating protection, so turn off the power and cool for 30 minutes before use; ③ Excessive load: too many ingredients or hard foreign objects (such as bones) jam the motor, so cut off the power, clean the ingredients, remove the foreign objects and restart.
Why is the Blender motor too noisy during operation?
There are three common reasons: first, the motor bearing is worn or lack of oil, resulting in friction noise during operation; second, too many or too hard ingredients cause excessive motor load and vibration noise; third, the connection between the motor and the body is loose, leading to resonance during operation.
